The Problem We Noticed
Kochi is a city that moves fast. IT parks in Kakkanad, buzzing streets in MG Road, early morning walkers on Marine Drive — everyone's chasing health, but nobody had access to real cold pressed juice.
What was available? Sugary fruit drinks disguised as "healthy." Preservative-loaded bottles sitting on shelves for weeks. Ernakulam deserved better.
One Simple Idea
What if someone made genuinely fresh, cold pressed juice — using locally sourced Kerala ingredients — and served it the same day it was pressed?
No factories. No shelf life. No compromise. Just raw fruits and vegetables, a hydraulic press, and a promise: what you drink today was pressed today.

In 2026, The Pressed Juice Bar was born in Ernakulam. Every morning starts the same way — hand-selecting fresh produce, washing, prepping, and pressing each bottle to order.
